Peking Beef with rice and salad

Ingredients
- Beef mince
- Sesame oil
- Soy sauce
- Brown sugar
- Hoisin sauce
- Ginger
- Garlic
- White rice
- Cucumber
- Kewpie mayo
- Spring onions

Method
- Brown beef and add ginger and garlic.
- Mix the sauce ingredients together then add to the pan with the beef. Mix until sticky and sauce thickens.
- Serve with white rice, cucumber salad, spring onions and a drizzle of kewpie mayo.
