Pepper and chilli chicken wings

Ingredients
- Chicken wings
- Lee Kum Kee Pepper Beef ready sauce
- Jasmine rice
- Shredded cabbage
- Grated carrot
- Sesame mayo dressing
- Lee Kum Kee chiu chow style chilli oil

Method
- Marinate chicken wings in Lee Kum Kee Pepper Beef ready sauce for 1 hour
- Place marinated chicken wings in a layer in air fryer basket, cook on 185-190 for 25 mins (turning at half time and baste with additional marinade)
- Serve chicken over rice. Drizzle chilli oil over the top. Add shredded cabbage and carrot to the plate drizzle with sesame mayo dressing. Eat!
