Peppered beef stir fry

Ingredients
- Jasmine rice
- 2 capsicums
- 2 carrots
- 1 red onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- Coriander
- Oyster sauce
- Sesame oil
- Pepper and garlic seasoning
- Soy sauce
- Beef stirfry

Method
- Bring a medium saucepan of water to boil. Add rice and cook for 12 minutes. Turn off heat and keep covered for 5 minutes.
- Cut capsicums, carrots, onion and garlic. Finely chop coriander.
- Combine oyster sauce, sesame oil and pepper and garlic seasoning and 2 tbs of soy sauce
- Heat oil in a large deep fry pan. Cook beef until brown and remove from pan.
- Heat oil in same pan and add capsicum, carrots and cook for 4 to 6 minutes. Add garlic and cook for further 1 minute.
- Add sauce and coriander to vegetables and cook. Add the beef. Fluff the rice. Divide rice and stirfry among bowls
