Ingredients
- smoked salmon 150 gr
- garlic 4
- soy sauce
- edame 50 gr
- corn 50 gr
- mushroom 50 gr
- avocado half
- cucumber
- rice 2 cups
- peanuts
- fried onion
- sweet Chilli sauce
- Kewpie mayonnaise
- olive oil

Method
- boil 2 cups of rice
- cut smoke salmon, grated garlic and put in bowl. add soy sauce en mix together put in fridge while preparing other ingredients
- cut the mushrooms in pieces
- get fry pan and heat up a little bit olive oil and add corn, edame, mushrooms to pan cook till soft and add a splash of soy sauce
- while the other ingredients are cooking in the pan. cut avocado in pieces, cut cucumber in pieces , dice a red onion in pieces
- when everything is cut in pieced and the ingredients that you were cooking in the frying pan are done. get the salmon mixture out of fridge
- get out your bowl and add in rice after add all the ingredients to yiur liking into the bowl
- the last step is to drizzle sweet Chili sauce, Kewpie mayonnaise on top and sprinkle fried onions and peanuts on top
