Ingredients
- 3 1/2 cuos of white rice
- 4 cups water
- 200 grams fresh tuna fillets
- Spicy kewpie mayo
- 1fresh cucumber
- 4 sheets seaweed
- 2 whole avocados
- Sesame seeds
Method
- Cook rice with water in rice cooker or on stove top
- Slice tuna into 2cm cubes
- Put rice in bowl and top with the sliced tuna and other ingredients and then drizzle with the spicy kewpie mayo and top with sesame seeds to garnish
