- Edamame beans
- Pickled ginger
- Avocado
- Cucumber
- Rice
- Kewpie mayo
- Pork fillet

Method
- Cook the edamame in a boiling pot of water for 3 minutes
- Cut the cucumber and avocado into small pieces. Add the cooked rice and Kewpie mayo
- Heat a small pan and cook the pork fillet. Add all ingredients into a bowl.
