- 🌱 Tofu Poke BowlServes: 2(You can easily double it.)⸻🍚 Sushi Rice BaseIngredients: • 1 cup cooked sushi rice • 1–3 tablespoons Obento sushi seasoning (to taste)Method: 1. Cook the sushi rice according to packet instructions. 2. While still warm, gently fold through 1–3 tablespoons of Obento sushi seasoning. 3. Spread the rice out slightly and allow it to cool to room temperature (this keeps the texture ideal for poke bowls).⸻🥢 ToppingsIngredients: • Tofu (about 200g), cubed • 3–4 radishes, thinly sliced • 1 bunch broccolini • ½ cup corn kernels fresh • ½ cup cabbage • ¼ cup pickled onion ⸻🥦 Prepare the Toppings 1. Tofu: • Pat dry and cube. • Optional: Lightly pan-fry in a little oil until golden on the edges for extra flavour and texture. 2. Broccolini: • Blanch in boiling water for 1–2 minutes until tender-crisp. • Drain and cool quickly in cold water to keep the colour vibrant. 3. Corn: • If needed, lightly cook and cool.Radish, cabbage, and pickled onion can be used as they are.⸻🥗 Assemble the Bowl 1. Divide the cooled sushi rice between two bowls. 2. Arrange tofu, radish, broccolini, corn, pickled cabbage, and pickled onion in sections over the rice. 3.
