Ingredients
- 2 TBS Obento Sushi and Sashimi Soy Sauce
- 2 TBS Obento Mirin
- 1 tsp Sesame Oil
- 1 tsp Obento Rice Vinegar
- Fresh sliced chilli x 1 long red. Deseeded for less heat.
- Fresh Coriander for garnish
- Pickled Ginger
- Pickled red cabbage x 1 cup
- Edemame beans x 1 cup
- Fresh Lebanese cucumber x 1 and Avocado x 1
- Jasmine Rice x 1 cup
- Salmon sashimi cubed 200g
- Black sesame seeds for garnish

Method
- Prepare the vegetables for the salad. Core cumbers and slice. Cut the avocado into this slicesThaw the edamame beansPrepare the pickled cabbage Cook the jasmine rice in water for 10 minutes, strain and use a small ramekin to shape. Cluster in a bowl and garnish with pickled ginger, red chilli and black sesame seeds.Note: can add any vegetable of choice and tofu
- To make the Shoyu sauce, mix the Obento Mirin, Obento Rice Wine Vinegar, sesame oil and Obento Sushi and Sashimi Soy Sauce together.
- Dress the Poke bowl with the Shoyu sauce and enjoy with a glass of wine
