Ingredients
- Chinees Vermicelli bean thread (glass Noodles)
- Hand full fine cut Cole slaw
- Hand full green beans
- 1 radis
- Fine cut Charlotte onion
- Hand full fine cut cubumber
- 2 slices red capsicum
- Hand full wild rocket
- 1 garlic glove
- 3 rings of green chilli’s
- 25 gr cold smoke salmon
- 25 gr prawns
- 2 slices sushi ginger
- Kewpie mayonaise sriracha
Method
- Soften the noodles in boiling water for a min , drain it and lay in a bowl
- Lay all the sliced ingredients and greens on top of the noodles , last the salom and prawns
- Top with the kewpie Mayo zig zag all over the dish.
