Pork and cabbage dumplings, with sauteed mustard leaf and chilli soy dipping sauce

Ingredients
- Pork and Cabbage Dumplings
- 2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 1 Bunch Mustard Leaf
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- Soy Sauce
- Rice Wine Vinegar
- Chilli Flakes
- Sesame Oil

Method
- Boil a pot of water, then add in the frozen dumplings. Wait for the water to reboil, then add 1/2 cup of cold water. Repeat this step 3 times, then let the water simmer for 4 - 5 minutes.
- To make the sauce, combine 3 tbsp of Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp of Rice Wine Vinegar, 1 tsp of Sesame Oil, and 1 tsp of chilli flakes.
- Chop, wash and dry the Mustard Leaf thoroughly. Heat up your wok on the stove, add Vegetable Oil, then saute chopped Garlic before adding the Mustard Leaf. Cook for 3 - 5 minutes on high heat until Mustard Leaf is cooked.
