Pork belly stirfry with sesame seeds on top

Ingredients
- 500-800g pork belly
- Olive oil
- 500-800g crispy pork belly (cubed), 2 tbsp dark soy sauce, 2 tsp sugar, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, garlic, red onion, bird's eye chilies.

Method
- Start with frying garlic and onion until fragrant in a hot wok. Don’t rush.
- Add the crispy pork belly and stir-fry, then add dark soy sauce, best panda oyster sauce, and sugar.
- Add chilies and a splash of water, stirring until the sauce caramelised around the pork.
