Method
- PrepareBoil and peel the eggs. Blanch the pork belly and drain.
- CookPut pork, eggs, sugar, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic into a pot. Add water to cover.
- SimmerCook on low heat for 40–50 minutes until the pork is tender and the sauce thickens.
