Pork & Chive Dumplings with Chilli Oil

Ingredients
- 12 x Frozen Pork & Chive Dumplings
- 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 125 mL water
- 1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Chiu Chow Style Chilli Oil

Method
- Heat wok to medium high heat and add vegetable oil to wok.
- Place dumplings into wok and fry for 1 minute.
- Add water to the wok and ensure dumplings have space and are not touching each other. Cover the wok with a lid and cook until water is fully evaporated.
- Remove wok lid and turn heat to low. Continue cooking dumplings on low heat until bottom is golden brown. You can optionally flip dumplings over to brown each side if you prefer all sides to be crispy.
- Remove dumplings from wok and serve with as much Chiu Chow Style Chilli Oil as you can handle.
