Pork Dumpling Bake

Ingredients
- 18-20 Pork or Chicken Dumplings
- 1/2 cup Coconut Cream
- 2 tablespoons Red Curry Paste
- 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Rice Wine Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
- 2 teaspoon Minced Garlic
- 1/2 cup Water
- 4 cups Chopped Bok Choy
- 2 teaspoons Sesame Seeds
- 1/3 cup Chopped Spring Onion
- Drizzle of Kewpie Mayo

- ABC - SWEET SOY SAUCE
Method
- Preheat oven to 190 degrees C
- To make the sauce, combine soy sauce, coconut cream, water, sesame oil, red curry paste, minced garlic and rice wine vinegar in a baking dish.
- Once combined, add chopped bok choy to dish and top with the dumplings of choice. Use sauce in dish to cover dumplings and cover with foil.
- Bake in oven until dumplings are cooked through, roughly around 25-30mins.
- Serve into bowls. Top with spring onion, sesame seeds & kewpie mayo.
