- Ground Pork
- Rice Wine Vinegar
- Fish Sauce
- Sugar
- Chili
- Coriander Stems
- Toasted Rice Powder
- Limes
- Shallots
- Mint
- Coriander
- Thai Basil
- Lettuce

Method
- Toast raw sticky rice in a pan until golden brown. Once nice and golden, let cool then grind up in a mortar & pestle until you get a powder.
- Chop up herbs and shallots. Finely dice coriander stems. Set aside.
- Mix together sauce ingredients. Fish sauce, rice wine vinegar, sugar, lime, chili, coriander stems & toasted rice powder.
- Heat oil in medium heat wok. Cook pork mince until cooked through.
- Mix everything in a bowl. Add more lime or fish sauce as needed. Serve with lettuce cups.
