Ingredients
- Pork mince
- small onion
- small carrot
- water
- oil
- garlic
- ginger
- pack of Lee Kim Kee San Choy Bao sauce
- Butter lettuce
- Spicy Chinese Chilli

- LEE KUM KEE - READY SAUCE SAN CHOY BAO GF
Method
- Heat oil, garlic, ginger in wok and mix
- Add onion, carrot, water and pork and mix until combined
- Add Lee Kum Kee San Choy Bao sauce until all combined
- Serve onto lettuce cups and top with spicy Chinese chilli
