Pork Sweet Sauce ( Babi Kecap )

Ingredients
- 500 gr Pork Belly
- 10 pcs Garlic
- 2cm of Ginger
- 10 gr Coriander
- 1 lemongrass
- 3 pcs bay leaf
- 10 tbsp ABC sweet sauce
- 1 tbsp Lee Kum Le Oyster Sauce
- 2tbsp salt
- 1.5 tsp white paper
- 1.5 tbsp Indonesian chicken powder (MASAKO)
- 1 tsp sugar
- 5pcs of Chilies

- LEE KUM KEE - PANDA BRAND OYSTER SAUCE
Method
- First, you need to cut the pork with any size you like. But I recommend cut it square. Then chop the garlic, coriander and ginger together with add some oil to make it eazy.
- Put the pan and turn on the stove and put the garlic and ginger that we chopped before(no need to add oil because it contains with oil already and pork will have a oil as well) put the lemon grass and bay leaf as well to make the smell more better. after it smells good the put the pork on, mix It until golden brown and put water.
- After the meat boiling then we add our amazing ingredients that makes this food delicious is ABC sweet sauce 10 tbsp and 1 tbsp of Lee Kum Kee Oyster Sauce this two ingredients make the food balance with sweet and spicy of the chili. After that put all the spice on and boil 5pcs of chili as well to make the texture of chili is soft. And close with lead leave it untill the water is seep in the meat maybe 45 minutes
