Pork wontons

Ingredients
- Pork mince
- Garlic
- Ginger
- Chives
- Cabbage
- Soy sauce

Method
- Brown meat in fry pan, Combine ginger, garlic, soy sauce with n a small dish and mix well. Thinly slice cabbage. Add all ingredients to pan and combine well. Summer to reduce.
- Add a slightly heaped teaspoon of mince to each wonton wrapper and press to seal.
- Place in air fryer on 190 for 10 mins. These are so good for quick after school or lunch box snacks as they are crunchy and taste sensational hot or cold. Dip into sushi sauce to taste.
