Prawn Cocktail

Ingredients
- Kewpi Mayo
- 75gm Mayo, 5 gm tomato sauce, generous dash tabasco
- 100gms small cooked prawns with tail off.

Method
- put all wet ingredients in a bowl
- stir together and check for taste (ie more tabasco?) Make melba toast - toast both sides of slice then cut off crusts and split through middle of slice. then toast the inner raw bread until it curls.
- stir in prawns and leave in fridge for about an hour to allow sauce to soak in. Serve on bed of lettuce and with melba toast
- add some smoked salmon as an extra if desired
