Ingredients
- 250 g Rice Noodles
- 2 Tablespoons of oil
- 300 g prawns
- 1 Jar of Valcom Pad Thai Paste
- 2 Eggs
- 100 g Bean sprouts
- 4 Spring onions
- 1/2 Ground roasted Peanuts.
Method
- Prepare 250g of small rice noodle as per pack instructions, drain and set aside.Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and stir-fry 300g prawns or chicken until just cooked.
- Add rice noodle (freshly rinsed), stir through until well mixed. Push the mixture to one side of the pan, add 2 eggs, cook for 1 minute then stir through until well combined.
- Add 100g beansprouts and 1 cup of thinly sliced spring onions and heat through.Garnish with 1/2 cup ground roasted peanuts and serve.
