Prawn Pad Thai

Ingredients
- 1/2 Pack of flat rice noodles
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- 250g large raw prawns
- 1/2 jar of valcom pad Thai paste
- Small bunch of bok choy
- 1 tsp of chilli paste
- 2 tbs fish sauce
- 1 1/2 tbs of sugar
- Boiled water if needed

Method
- Heat both oils in wok style frying pan, and prepare noodles as packet instructions. Set aside.
- Cook prawns and chilli paste until turn white. Approximately 90 seconds.
- Add valcom pad thai paste and mix well. Cook for 1 minute.
- Add bok choy, sugar and fish sauce, mix and cook until leaves wilt.
- Add noodles and mix well. Adding boiling water to loosen mix if required. Cook until noodles are hot and cooked through. Approximately 3-4 minutes.
