Prawn poke bowl

Ingredients
- Fresh or frozen peeled prawns - 500g
- 1 teaspoon neutral oil
- Kewpie roasted sesame dressing - original or spicy
- Spices - salt, pepper
- Hakubaku organic soba noodles
- Umami edamame beans (frozen & peeled)
- 2 cucumbers
- Asian slaw mix

Method
- Marinate prawns (defrosted) with oil, salt, pepper and 2 tbsp of kewpie dressing. Set aside for 10 mins.
- Boil pot of water, add edamame beans for 2 mins and then add soba noodles to same pot for 3 mins.
- Drain noodles and edamame beans. Rinse under cold water and set aside. Dice cucumber.
- Cook prawns in airfryer (8 mins on 180 degrees) or on fry pan (approx 3 mins on each side, medium heat).
- Assemble noodles and edamame beans in bowl, add kewpie dressing to prevent from sticking. Top with Asian slaw, diced cucumber, cooked prawns and another drizzle of kewpie dressing + sesame seeds to serve.
- Optional extras for toppings - pickles ginger, avocado, chilli oil, soy sauce. Anything you love to make it even better!!
