- Rice paper
- Prawns
- Lettuce
- Cucumber
- Avocado

Method
- Put the wet rice paper on a chopping board,
- Cut up the ingredients and add to the rice paper. Roll the wraps.
- Pour the Hoisin Sauce into a small bowl as a dip.Serve alongside miso soup and kimchi, or tofu soup if you prefer.
