Prawn sushi rolls

Ingredients
- 3 cups sushi rice
- 1/4 cup Obento Rice Wine Vinegar
- 4 teaspoons sugar
- Sliced cucumber
- Shredded lettuce
- Kewpie Mayo
- Crispy Prawns
- Teriyaki Sauce
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- Sushi sheets x 6

Method
- Make your sushi rice in a rice cooker, then add the rice wine vinegar and sugar, salt.
- Meanwhile, cook the prawns and slice fresh cucumbers and lettuce
- Use bamboo mat and sushi roll to make perfect prawn sushi rolls.Enjoy!
