Prawns in sesame vegetables and noodles

Ingredients
- 8 extra large cooked prawns,shelled and deveined
- Packet Obap sweet potato noodles
- Julienne or chopped vegetables (spring onion, snowpeas, carrot, capsicum, corn)
- 2tbsp soy sauce,1 tsp sugar,1 tbsp sesame oil, 0.5 tsp fish sauce, pinch white pepper
- 1 tsp garlic(minced)

- LEE KUM KEE - PREMIUM SOY SAUCE
Method
- Prepare soy/sesame mixture with garlic, sugar and pepper. Stir-fry vegetables till soft with an extra tbsp oil laced with sesame.
- Cook noodles in boiling water for 8 minutes, rinse with cold water, drain and set aside.
- Chop prawns into bitesize pieces and add to stirfried vegetables heating gently.
- Heat some oil in another nonstick pan and stir in the soy mixture while frying the cooked noodles for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the cooked vegetables and prawns. Mix through and serve.
