Purple Rice Smoked Salmon and Avocado Sushi

Ingredients
- Purple rice
- Smoked Salmon
- Avocado
- Seaweed
- Sushi seasoning

- OBENTO - YAKI NORI FOR SUSHI
Method
- Cook rice for 30 minutes. Season rice with sushi seasoning. Cook rice.
- Assemble seaweed glossy side down. Add cooled rice and flatten. Add smoked salmon, avocado in the middle.
- Roll sushi.
- Slice and serve with soy sauce.
