Quick and Easy Weeknight Pork Bao Buns

Ingredients
- 400g Pork belly (diced)
- Bao buns (We like King of Kings brand) - as many as you like (3-4 per person)
- 1 tbsp oil of choice
- Green part of spring onions (sliced)
- 200g coleslaw mix
- Masterfoods Soy, Honey and Garlic Marinade
- Kewpie Mayo
- Sriracha

Method
- Dice the pork belly into small chunks, place in bowl and pour over half a bottle of the marinade, coating the pork belly evenly. Allow to marinade for at least 20 minutes
- In a medium pan, heat cooking oil of choice and cook pork belly all the way through
- Prepare bao buns as per packet instructions (steaming is best)
- To assemble the bao buns, open up a bao bun, add a small handful of coleslaw, put 2-3 pieces of pork inside and sprinkle on some spring onion
- Don’t forget to drizzle on the most important ingredients - Kewpie Mayo and Sriracha - This is a must! Enjoy!
