Quick chilli chicken stir fry

Ingredients
- 500 gm cooked chicken or chicken mince or pork mince.
- 1 tablespoon peanut oil
- 1 tsp garlic
- 2 long red chillies
- 227 gm water chestnut slices
- 225 gm bamboo shoot slices
- 409 gm frozen Asian stir fry vegetables
- 95 gm oyster sauce
- 1 tsp ginger
- 200 gm pkt egg noodles

Method
- Cook noodles to packet directions.
- Heat oil, add mince and cook if raw, or if using cooked chicken toss in.
- Add ginger, chilli, chestnuts, bamboo shoots and vegetables. Cook stirring 2 minutes until veges are tender. Add oyster sauce and noodles. Cook until combined and heated.
- Then serve up to your family to inhale and give you lots of compliments. Everyone enjoys, it’s healthy, yummy and tasty!
