Method
- Poach Duck Leg in Teriyaki Marinade for 20 minutes in a small skillet and allow to rest.
- Pickle coleslaw for 30 minutes in Rice Wine Vinegar (longer greater penetration of vinegar)
- Add pickled ginger for additional flavor layerEnjoy
