Quick & Healthy One Pot surprise

Ingredients
- 500g mince (beef or pork or chicken or plant)
- 2 cups wombok cabbage sliced
- 1 cup carrot grated
- 1 brown or red onion sliced
- 2 TBSP Ginger minced (jar or fresh)
- 2 tsp garlic minced (jar or fresh)
- 4 spring onions diced
- Sesame seeds for serving (optional)
- 3 TBSP ABC Sweet soy sauce kecap manis
- 3 TBSP LEE KUM KEEHoisin sauce
- 2 tsp SQUID brand fish sauce
- 2 tsp OBENTO rice wine vinegar
- 2 TBSP Extra virgin olive oil

- ABC - MEDIUM SWEET SOY SAUCE
- LEE KUM KEE - HOI SIN SAUCE
- OBENTO - RICE WINE VINEGAR
- SQUID BRAND - FISH SAUCE
Method
- Mix sweet soy sauce & Hoisin sauce & fish sauce & rice wine vinegar together & set a side
- Heat Olive oil in high sided frypan on medium heat & add garlic & ginger & onion& cook for 2 minsThen add your mince of choice Stir breaking up lumps until browned
- Once the mince is browned add the cabbage & the carrot & 3/4 of the diced spring onions & stir togetherThen add the sauce & stir to mix in
- Once the cabbage has wilted it is ready to serve Top with a sprinkle of sesame seeds and spring onions
