Quick massive san choy bow

Ingredients
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts diced
- 1 kg beef mince
- 1 head iceberg lettuce -leaves separated
- 6 cloves garlic diced
- 1 spring onion diced
- 7 mushroom diced
- 1 carrot diced
- 1 small capsicum diced
- 1 tablespoon peanut oil
- 3 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon dark soy
- 3 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoon mirin
- 2 tablespoon cornflour
- 4 tablespoon water
- 1 tablespoon ginger grated
- 1 tablespoon seseme oil

Method
- Mix all sauce ingredients together: Cornflour, water, soy sauce, dark soy, seseme oil, mirin, oyster sauce
- To wok add garlic, ginger and spring onion and peanut oil and heat up
- Add beef mince and cook till no pink left
- Add all veg and cook till softened
- Add sauce and cook till thickened
- Take off heat and fill up lettuce leaves with mixture and eat!
