Quick n easy school lunch sushi

Ingredients
- 2 cups sushi rice
- Tin tuna 400g
- 4 heaped tbs mayo
- Sushi seasoning
- Rice seasoning
- Nori

Method
- Cook rice in rice cooker, remove insert from cooker and sit on bench to cool the rice.
- Once rice is cool, put all other ingredients into the rice cooker insert, with cooled rice.
- Mix together all ingredients thoroughly.
- Take a sheet of nori. Place the mixture on the nori in a sausage shape and roll. Use a little water along the edge to seal. And repeat until no mixture left.
