Quick noodle soup

Ingredients
- Handful of prawns
- 1 cup Greens of choice- zucchini, pak Choi, broccoli
- 1 serve Hakubaku udon noodles
- Soup base - pinch black pepper, chilli to taste, 1 tsp bone broth paste, small knob ginger, 1 clove garlic, 1 tsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 cups boiling water
- 2 mushrooms

- HAKUBAKU - ORGANIC UDON NOODLES
Method
- Chops all greens and mushrooms
- Add all soup base ingredients to pot with boiling water and stir
- Add in noodles and mushrooms and let cook for 3 minutes
- Add prawns and greens and let cook for further 3 minutes
- Pour into large soup bowl and garnish with herbs of choice.
