Quick noodle stir fry with prawn and wombok.

Ingredients
- 400g raw prawns tail on.
- 450g hokkien or ramen noodles, shelf type.
- 4 garlic cloves.
- 1 tbsp oil, peanut or other neutral oil.
- 8 spring onions chopped into 2cm lengths.
- 400g wombok, sliced 1cm thick.
- 60ml ABC kecap manis.
- 60ml Squid fish sauce.
- pinch or two of white pepper.
- 1 tbsp fried shallots.

Method
- Mix kecap manis, fish sauce and pepper in a small bowl.
- Heat oil in a large non stick pan until hot. Flash fry prawns for 90 seconds. Add crushed garlic and white part of spring onions, fry for 30 secs or so.
- Add the wombok and fry for 2 mins.
- Add the prepared noodles and half the sauce. Toss with chopsticks for 1 minute then add the rest of the sauce and toss until sauce is absorbed, about a minute.
- Toss though green part of spring onions, then divide between 4 bowls. Top with a sprinkle of fried shallots. Enjoy!
