Quick Sesame Chicken Salad

Ingredients
- 150 gm Chicken breast
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 100 gm Iceberg Lettuce
- 50 gm Lebanese Cucumber
- 50 gm Baby Gerkins
- 30 gm Kewpie Roasted Sesame Dressing
- Olive oil spray
- Salt, to taste

Method
- Mix together salt, garlic powder, onion powder and paprika. Dice chicken. Coat chicken in mixed spices. Spray a heated frypan with olive oil. Fry chicken on medium heat until cooked through.
- Shred iceberg lettuce and slice lebanese cucumber. Place in bowl with baby gherkins.
- Top with cooked chicken and Kewpie roasted sesame dressing drizzled over the top.
- Enjoy a quick and easy, high protein, low calorie meal!
