Method
- Fry potatoes and carrots
- Boil soba noodles and cabbage
- Fry red onion, capsicums, tofu and garlic and chickpeas on a separate pan - drain the noodles and carrots and potatoes and cabbage and add it to the pan with the tofu. Add chilli oil to top it off.
