Ingredients
- Beef mince
- Dark soy sauce
- Sesame oil
- Cucumber
- Red cabbage
- Zucchini
- Gochujang
- Jasmine rice
- Carrot
- Spinach
- Rice wine vinegar
- Sugar
- Light soy sauce

Method
- Marinate beef mince with 1tbsp dark soy, 1tbsp light soy, 1tbsp sesame oil, leave for 30 mins Grate 1/2 cup carrot and cabbage, chop zucchini and set aside.
- Make bibimbap sauce by combining 4tbsp gochujang, 1tbsp rice wine vinegar, 1tbsp water 1tsp sesame oil, 1tbsp sugar. Mix and set aside
- Put 2 cup of jasmine rice in rice cooker and turn on, Steam vegetables in steamer for 8 mins until done and season with salt.meanwhile heat small pan with 1tsp of oil and cook mince until done.
- Serve by placing rice in bottom of bowl and adding vegetables and meat to your hearts content! ENJOY
