Ramen

Ingredients
- Kewpi Mayo (in broth)
- Ramen flavouring
- 2 eggs (one in broth, one boiled on top)
- Ramen noodles
- Bok choy
- Broccoli
- Spring onion
- Zucchini

Method
- Place ramen flavouring, Kewpi Mayo and egg into a bowl and whisk until made as one.
- Seperately, cut up veg of your choice and boil with ramen noodles for 5-10 minutes. Also boil an egg in a seperate pot for 5 minutes and thirty seconds.
- Once the noodles are soft, poor about 2-3 cups of the boiling water into the bowl with ramen flavouring (don’t pour any veg or noodles in yet). Whisk around until fully absorbed.
- Now, drain the rest of the water into the ramen noodles into the sink, and poor the ramen noodles and veg into the bowl with the broth.
- Peel the boiled egg and cut in half. Place on top with spring onions and chilli oil.
