Red curry dumpling bake

Ingredients
- 3 pkts frozen pork and chive dumplings
- 1 tin coconut cream
- 1 Tbs rice wine vinegar
- 1 Tbs light soy sauce
- 1 Tbs sugar
- 1 Tbs chicken stock pwd
- 1 ts sesame oil
- 1 cube finely chopped ginger
- 2 cloves crushed garlic
- 1/2 jar red curry paste
- 1/2 cup water

Method
- This is super quick and my family favourite go to meal.Pop all the ingredients into a large oven dish. Mix really well to combine and remove lumps.
- Place the frozen dumplings in the mixture with tops facing up.Spoon some of the liquid over the dumplings.
- Cover with foil and bake for 20 mins at 200 degrees.Remove foil and bake another 5.
- Serve on a bed of microwave pkt jasmine rice. And garnish with a sprinkle of corriander. Super easy!
