Red dragon dumping curry

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 tbsp red curry paste
- 1 clove of minced garlic
- 1 knob fresh ginger grated
- 2 tbsp of soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tbsp of Kecap manis
- 1 1/2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 1 1/2 tbsp of sesame oil
- 600g coconut cream
- 2 bunch book choy.
- 15 dumplings (any type )Sesame seeds, chilli oil and spring
- Sesame seeds, chilli oil and spring onions for garnish optional

Method
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees fan forced
- Add red curry paste, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, kekap manis, sesame oil, rice wine vinegar, and coconut cream to an oven proof tray and mix to combine.
- Add in roughly chopped bok choy, stir through then place dumplings in tray place in oven for 15 minutes or until cooked though.
- Garnish with sesame seeds, spring onions and chilli oil.
