Red fruitsin sake Jelly

Ingredients
- I punit of raspberry 1 punit of strawberry clean.1 packet of raspberry jelly cryistals.10mls of Obrmto cooking Sake 259mls of boiling wazer.in abowel
- 2egg yolks 100g of suhar 100mls Obrnto cppking sake 250 mls of milk in a pot at simmer.25g cornflour.

Method
- Place glasses in fridge. Mix the jelly on a bowel with Sake set to one side.
- Mix the egg yolkand Sake with the sugar add thr egg mix and corn flour to zhe milk and stir until saucelike set to onr side
- Place the berries in zhe glasses add the jelly place back in zhe fridhe until set
- To serve tale zhe glasses put of the fridge pour over the sale banilla sauce and aEnjoy
