Roy’s Viet Aussie air Fryer special

Ingredients
- Kewpie mayo
- Home made Vietnamese style pickled cucumber in fish sauce, sugar, chili
- 4 slices of ham
- 4 slices of pepperoni
- 4 slices turkey
- 2 pieces of wholemeal bread
- 3 slices of aged cheddar cheese
- Billy B’s fermented hot sauce
- Brava (hot like a fritkot) Sauce

Method
- Add all the meats and cheese like sandwhich
- Add the sandwhich in the air fryer for 2 minutes at the hottest setting
- Take out sandwhich add the sauces liberally to the bread and the pickles. Done 4-5 minutes max
