Ingredients
- Water chestnuts
- Tapioca flour
- Coconut milk
- Salt
- Sugar
- Pandan leaves
- Red colour

Method
- Cut water chestnut in dice and soak in red colour with water for 15 minutes
- Take off red colour water and coat with tapioca flour and boiled in hot water until it floats and takes off to keep in cold water
- Put coconut milk in the pot with pandan leave, salt and sugar boiled with low heat until little bit bubbling and takes off.
- Serve ruby water chestnut in the bowl with coconut milk and add some crushed ice. Enjoy!
