- Sushi rice
- Avocado
- 100 gram smoked salmon
- Kewpie mayonnaise 50% reduced fat

- OBENTO - SUSHI SEASONING
- OBENTO - SUSHI RICE
Method
- Bring 1 cup of rinsed sushi rice with two cups of water to the boil and then simmer for 20 mins .Turn off and rest for 15 minutes
- Pour cooled rice into a bowl and drizzle with 3 tablespoons of sushi seasoning and fold into the rice with a wooden spoon
- Dampen with fingertips the nori sheet ,apply rice ,salmon,mayo and avocadoe and rollOr just rice avocado and salmon Dipped in soy sauce and Kewpie mayonnaise
