salmon berlado

Ingredients
- cooking oil
- turmeric
- 500g salmon
- 1 red onion
- 6 garlic
- 2 big chillies
- 4 bird chillies
- 1 tbsp lee kum kee soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- pinch of salt/seasoning

Method
- mix salmon with turmeric and fry in cooking oil and put aside
- Chop or blend red onion, garlic and chillies altogether
- Fry all in the same pan used to fry the salmon.
- Add soy sauce, fish sauce and seasoning
- Add fried salmon in the mixture. Salmon berlado is ready!
