Ingredients
- Salmon fillet
 - Basmati Rice
 - Avocado
 - Onion
 - Kewpie
 - Sweet soy sauce
 
Method
- Cook rice as per packet instructions.
 - Coat salmon with oil, salt and pepper. Add to air fryer for 15 minutes or until cooked.
 - Cut up avacado and onion and set aside.
 - Once rice and salmon is cooked. Add to dish with onion and avacado. Top with Kewpie mayonnaise and sweet soy sauce.
 - Cut up sushi sheets and add mixture and eat
