Salmon bowl

Ingredients
- 200g Salmon fillet
- 1tbsp sesame oil
- 1 cucumber
- 1 carrot
- 1 avocado
- 1tbsp soy sauce
- 2 cups of jasmine rice
- sesame seeds
- kewpie mayo (to serve)

Method
- Cut salmon into cube pieces
- to make the sauce combine the soy sauce and sesame oil together
- marinate the salmon in the sauce. while the salmons marinating cook 2 cups of rice in 4 cups of water, according to instructions on the packet.
- in a small pan cook the salmon until crispy
- Peel the carrot and cucumber into long pieces, then slice the avo.
- Serve, and garnish with sesame seeds and kewpie mayo
