- Wasabi , kewpie mayo
- Sesame oil
- ABC sweet soya
- Edamame beans
- Cucumber
- Avocado
- Spring onion
- Sesame seeds
- Pickled ginger brown rice coleslaw mixing cucumber
- 3 boiled eggs
- Brown rice
Method
- Boil brown rice until ready , boil eggs soft to medium yolk , edamame beans 3 min in microwave Chop cucumber , spring onion , cherry tomatoes and avocado
- Hoisin , abc sweet soya , sesame oil and kewpie mayo mixed
- Apply hoisin sauce to hot smoked salmon and place in air fryer - 10 min
- Peel eggs
- Place rice in bowl , then add salmon, all prepared other ingredients, then add flavour sauce as you like
