Ingredients
- 4x 150 gsalmon pieces
- 1 head of Broccoli
- One packet of microwave rice
- One carrot
- One cucumber
- 3 tablespoons of sweet soy sauce
- Salt and pepper
- Oil spray
- Mayonnaise
- Avocado
- Optional Sriracha sauce
Method
- Cut the broccoli into Florrets , and put it in a steaming dish and boil on the stove.
- While the broccoli is steaming, heat a pan with some oil spray. Pour the sweet soy sauce on top of the salmon and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add to a hot pan. Meanwhile, put the microwave rice on.
- While the salmon and broccoli are cooking, diced the carrot into thin strips as well as the cucumber. Cut the avocado into wedges.
- Once the salmon and broccoli have been cooked portion out the rice into each bowl, top with salmon, broccoli, carrots, cucumber, and your dressings, such as mayonnaise, Sriracha or sweet soy sauce.
- Enjoy the salmon Poké bowl.
