Salmon poke bowl

Ingredients
- 4 skinless pieces of salmon
- Miso paste
- Kewpie spicy roasted sesame
- Kewpie wasabi mayonnaise
- Edamame beans
- White cabbage
- Pickled ginger
- Radishes
- Rice pots

Method
- Pat dry the salmon pieces with kitchen paper then rub miso paste on one side. Shred cabbage and finely slice radishes. Cook the rice pots in the microwave for 40 secondsSteam the edamame beans in microwave for 3 minutes then pop out the beans into a bowl.
- Sear the salmon on a hot griddle pan with a little oil for 2 minutes in either side then let sit.
- Assemble poke bowls. Put some rice and shredded cabbage in each bowl, along with radishes and pickled ginger to taste. Sprinkle a handful of edamame beans on top, flake the salmon on top and liberally drizzle the kewpie spicy roasted sasame with a squeeze of kewpie wasabi mayonnaise to taste. Serve and enjoy in under 2p minutes for a healthy meal whole family can enjoy
