Salmon sushi bake

Ingredients
- Salmon fillet 200g
- Jasmine Rice
- Obento Yaki Nori
- Kewpe Mayo
- Sesame seeds
- mirin
- vinegar
- salt
- chili mayo

Method
- cook the rice. then add mirin, seaweed flakes, vinegar, and mix the rice.
- season the salmon with salt and pepper. cook then add the cooked salmon to a bowl. mix it with Mayo and chilli mayo.
- put the salmon on top of the mixed rice. baked for 20mins at 180 degrees Celsius. top the baked rice and salmon with mayo. to serve, scoop the rice and salmon onto the seaweed sheets, and enjoy with a fresh avocado.
