Salmon with Leek

Ingredients
- 300 g salmon - cubed
- Pinch of salt
- Dusting of cornflour for salmon
- Oil to cook salmon
- 2 Tbsp Obento rice vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce
- ½ tsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 Tbsp water
- 1 leek – sliced into rounds
- 1 tsp oil
- 1 tsp butter
- 1 Tbsp Obento rice vinegar
- 1 tsp Lee Kum Kee premium soy sauce
- ½ tsp brown sugar

- LEE KUM KEE - HOI SIN SAUCE
- LEE KUM KEE - PREMIUM SOY SAUCE
- LEE KUM KEE - CHIU CHOW STYLE CHILLI OIL
Method
- Salmon - Dust the cornflour on the salmon and season with salt Heat a pan with oil and sear the salmon on all sidesRemove from pan
- Glaze for Salmon - Add all the 2 Tbsp rice vinegar, 1 Tbsp soy sauce, 1 Tbsp Hoisin Sauce, ½ tsp brown sugar, 1 tsp sesame oil and 2 Tbsp water in a bowl and mix well. Add to the pan and let it thicken slightly, add salmon and let the sauce cover the salmon
- Leek - Put butter and oil into a pan Add leek and lightly brown each side Add 1 Tbsp Obento rice vinegar, 1 tsp Lee Kum Kee premium soy sauce and ½ tsp brown sugar into and to coat leek
- Dish out with leek at the bottom and add salmon, sprinkle with toasted sesame seed. Dribble Lee Kum Kee Chiu Chow Chilli oil around salmon
